At Orchard Terrace Retirement Residence, we recognize and value each resident as an individual, with unique strengths and preferences, and as a citizen with rights and influence.

We place equal importance on the emotional, social, spiritual, and cultural well-being of residents, alongside their physical and mental well-being. Our environment is founded on kindness to ensure residents live with their self-defined dignity, autonomy, purpose and security. We encourage residents to set personal goals, to stay connected and active within, and outside, the home. As members of a collective community, we welcome external partners into the home to support the well-being of residents.
